At the Foveran, we are passionate about the provenance of our food, so you will see local, seasonal produce on the menu where possible. Our specials reflect the best fresh produce available daily.

 

Taking advantage of seasonal availability, and the abundance of life in the clean waters surrounding the islands, superb seafood features strongly on our menus, along with prime beef and lamb from Orkney’s fertile and plentiful farmlands. The sample menus give a flavour of how local produce is presented with flair and originality by our expert chefs Paul and Roddy.

To complement the menu, we offer a wide range of carefully selected wines. We also offer some of the best local and Highland malt whiskies, and a full range of liqueurs. These can be enjoyed at your table, or in the more relaxed setting of the lounge.

For residential guests, our Orcadian breakfast includes local free-range hen eggs, black pudding and sausages.

Our bread, bannocks and preserves are all homemade.
